Terms and Conditions

TERMS & PLATFORM POLICY — JUSTLUST.NL

Version 2.1 — 28-08-2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.justlust.nl (“Website”) and all related services and functionalities provided through the Website. 

By accessing or using the Website or creating an account, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the Content & Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy.

If the user does not agree with these Terms, the user must immediately stop using the Website and its services.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 Account
A registered user account or profile on the Website.

1.2 Advertiser
Any natural person or legal entity that publishes or maintains an advertisement or profile on the Website, including escorts, independent providers, sex businesses and other providers of legal adult services.

1.3 User
Any person who accesses, visits or uses the Website.

1.4 Content
All information and material submitted, uploaded, published, transmitted or otherwise made available by users, including text, photographs, videos, profile information, advertisements, reviews and messages.

1.5 Services
The services and functionalities made available through the Website, including advertising, profile management, communication, search, filtering and related platform functionalities.

1.6 Website
www.justlust.nl and its subdomains, applications, systems and related online services operated by JustLust.

1.7 Operator
The legal entity or person responsible for operating JustLust.nl.

2. APPLICABILITY

2.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Website.

2.2 Users declare that they:

  • are at least 18 years old;

  • are legally capable of entering into agreements;

  • provide accurate information where required; and

  • understand and agree to these Terms.

2.3 Advertisers must be at least 21 years old.

2.4 Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.7 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force to the extent permitted by law.

3.1 JustLust operates an online platform that facilitates contact between adult advertisers and users in connection with legal adult services.

3.2 JustLust provides the technical infrastructure for users to publish advertisements, discover profiles and communicate or establish contact through the platform. JustLust does not itself provide sexual services, arrange appointments, negotiate agreements on behalf of users, guarantee the outcome of any interaction, or become a party to any agreement or transaction between users.

3.3 JustLust does not itself provide sexual services.

3.4 JustLust does not arrange appointments, negotiate prices, negotiate agreements on behalf of users, provide sexual services or become a party to agreements between advertisers and users.

3.5 Any agreement, appointment, transaction or other arrangement entered into between an advertiser and a user is made directly between those parties.

3.6 JustLust does not guarantee:

  • the accuracy or completeness of advertisements;

  • the identity, reliability or conduct of users or advertisers;

  • the availability, quality or legality of services offered by advertisers;

  • that an advertiser or user will respond to another user;

  • that the Website will generate a particular number of contacts, views, inquiries or bookings.

3.7 Users are responsible for independently assessing whether they wish to communicate or enter into an arrangement with another user or advertiser.

3.8 The Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website or its services where reasonably necessary.

4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

4.1 Registration is required for functionalities that require an account, including publishing advertisements where applicable.

4.2 Users must provide accurate, current and complete information where requested.

4.3 Unless expressly permitted by the Operator, each person may maintain only one personal account.

4.4 Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or made available to another person.

4.5 Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for activity performed through their account.

4.6 Users must immediately notify the Operator if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

4.7 The Operator may refuse registration, suspend an account, restrict functionality or remove an account where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • violation of these Terms;

  • fraud or suspected fraud;

  • illegal activity;

  • misleading or false information;

  • safety concerns;

  • violation of the Content & Acceptable Use Policy; or

4.8 Registration and account use constitute acceptance of these Terms, the Content & Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy.

5. IDENTITY AND AGE VERIFICATION

5.1 JustLust may require identity and/or age verification for certain accounts, advertisements or platform functionalities.

5.2 Advertisers may be required to complete identity and age verification through an external verification provider.

5.3 Sex businesses may additionally be required to provide company information, registration details, licences or other documentation where reasonably necessary.

5.4 The verification process may include automated and/or manual checks.

5.5 An account or advertisement may be restricted, suspended or rejected where required verification is unsuccessful, incomplete or raises legitimate security or compliance concerns.

5.6 It is strictly prohibited to:

  • use a false identity;

  • submit forged, altered or fraudulent documents;

  • impersonate another person;

  • misrepresent age;

  • involve minors in advertisements or services; or

  • use another person's identity or verification information.

5.7 Further information about the processing of verification data is provided in the Privacy Policy.

6. GENERAL USER OBLIGATIONS

6.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

**6.2 Content published on the Website must be:

  • lawful;

  • accurate and not materially misleading;

  • consistent with these Terms;

  • respectful of third-party rights; and

  • submitted by a person who has the necessary rights and permissions.

**6.3 Users must not use the Website for:

  • human trafficking or exploitation;

  • coercion or forced services;

  • involvement of minors;

  • violence or threats;

  • fraud or identity theft;

  • malware, phishing or harmful software;

  • unlawful activities;

  • harassment or abuse; or

  • any other prohibited activity under the Content & Acceptable Use Policy.

7. CONTENT AND USAGE RIGHTS

7.1 Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to the Website.

7.2 By submitting content, the user grants JustLust a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, technically modify, format, display and distribute that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, promote and improve the Website and its services.

7.3 Where the user has enabled or accepted external promotion, the licence may include displaying or promoting the relevant advertisement or content through:

  • the Website;

  • search engines;

  • social media;

  • advertising networks;

  • affiliate or promotional channels; and

  • other external channels used by JustLust for promotional purposes.

7.4 The licence does not transfer ownership of the user's content to JustLust.

7.5 The user represents and warrants that:

  • they have the necessary rights to submit the content;

  • all persons depicted have provided any legally required consent;

  • the content does not infringe third-party rights; and

  • the content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

7.6 JustLust may remove, restrict or disable content where it reasonably considers this necessary under these Terms, the Content & Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law or for safety, security or platform integrity.

8. EXTERNAL PROMOTION

8.1 JustLust may promote advertisements and platform content through external channels in accordance with the user's selected settings and the applicable licence under Section 7.

8.2 External channels may include:

  • search engines;

  • social media;

  • advertising networks;

  • affiliate platforms;

  • promotional websites; and

  • other marketing channels used by JustLust.

8.3 External promotion may be subject to the policies and technical limitations of the relevant third-party platform.

8.4 JustLust does not guarantee that content will be accepted, displayed or continuously available on any third-party platform.

9. ADVERTISERS, SEX BUSINESSES AND INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS

9.1 Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that the services they advertise are lawful and comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

9.2 Sex businesses are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licences, permits, registrations or other authorisations required for their activities.

9.3 Independent providers are responsible for their own tax, registration, employment, self-employment and other legal obligations where applicable.

9.4 JustLust does not employ advertisers or provide sexual services.

9.5 JustLust facilitates contact between advertisers and users through its online platform but does not arrange appointments, negotiate agreements on behalf of users, or become a party to agreements between users.

9.6 Advertisers remain solely responsible for the services, prices, conditions and representations contained in their advertisements.

10. CONTENT & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

10.1 ZERO-TOLERANCE CONTENT

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • content involving minors;

  • sexual exploitation or trafficking;

  • forced or coerced services;

  • content promoting or facilitating illegal sexual services;

  • threats or incitement to violence;

  • hate speech or unlawful discrimination;

  • fraud or identity theft;

  • forged identity documents;

  • malware or harmful software;

  • non-consensual intimate content; and

  • content that otherwise violates applicable law.

10.2 PROHIBITED BEHAVIOUR

Users must not:

  • create fake profiles;

  • impersonate another person;

  • upload content without the necessary rights or consent;

  • publish materially misleading advertisements;

  • manipulate reviews or ratings;

  • harass or threaten other users;

  • attempt to circumvent security or verification systems;

  • use the platform for phishing or scams; or

  • abuse communication or reporting functionalities.

10.3 ENFORCEMENT

Where reasonably necessary, JustLust may:

  • remove or restrict content;

  • suspend or terminate accounts;

  • restrict access to platform functionalities;

  • require additional verification;

  • preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required; and

  • report suspected illegal activity to competent authorities where appropriate.

Such measures may be taken without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or prevention of harm.

11. REPORTING AND TAKEDOWN

11.1 Reports of abuse, illegal content, trafficking, exploitation or other violations can be submitted to abuse@justlust.nl.

**11.2 Reports should, where possible, include:

  • the URL or other identification of the relevant content;

  • a description of the alleged violation;

  • the reason for the report; and

  • contact information where follow-up is necessary.

11.3 JustLust may investigate reports and take appropriate measures, including:

  • removing or restricting content;

  • suspending or terminating accounts;

  • requesting additional information or verification; and

  • reporting matters to competent authorities where appropriate or legally required.

12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

12.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the GDPR where applicable.

12.2 Personal data may be processed for purposes including:

  • account management;

  • identity and age verification;

  • platform security;

  • fraud and abuse prevention;

  • customer support;

  • moderation and enforcement;

  • communication between users;

  • payment processing;

  • legal compliance; and

  • marketing where a valid legal basis exists.

12.3 Identity documents, selfies and other verification information may be processed by JustLust's external verification provider, Didit. Depending on the configuration of the JustLust integration, Didit may make certain verification and technical information available to JustLust through API responses, webhooks or the Didit Business Console. The specific information processed and made available to JustLust depends on the configuration of the Didit integration, as described in the Privacy Policy. JustLust does not store copies of identity documents or selfie images on its own systems unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy.

12.4 Verification data processed by Didit is subject to the applicable Didit configuration, retention settings and contractual arrangements. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

12.5 Personal data is not retained for longer than necessary for the applicable purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

12.6 Identity documents and sensitive verification information are not publicly displayed through user profiles or advertisements.

13. LIABILITY

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not responsible for:

  • user-generated content;

  • the conduct of users or advertisers;

  • agreements or arrangements between users;

  • the legality or quality of services offered by advertisers;

  • inaccurate or misleading information supplied by users;

  • acts or omissions of users; or

  • interruptions caused by circumstances outside the Operator's reasonable control.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13.3 Subject to Section 13.2, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount permitted under applicable law and, where legally permissible, to the amount paid by the relevant user for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or other indirect damages.

14. TERMINATION

14.1 Users may terminate their account at any time through the available account functionality or by contacting JustLust where applicable.

14.2 The Operator may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary under these Terms, including for violations, fraud, safety concerns, legal requirements or misuse of the Website.

14.3 Termination does not affect provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, privacy, disputes and applicable law.

15. SECURITY AND AVAILABILITY

15.1 JustLust takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Website and user information.

15.2 No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.

15.3 The Operator may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security measures, technical problems, updates or other operational reasons.

15.4 Users must not attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with security measures or technical restrictions.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

16.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Website, its software, design, branding, logos, databases and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

16.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit protected platform materials without prior permission, except where permitted by mandatory law.

16.3 User content remains subject to Section 7.

17. HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SAFETY

17.1 JustLust has zero tolerance for:

  • human trafficking;

  • sexual exploitation;

  • forced services;

  • involvement of minors;

  • coercion; and

  • serious abuse or threats.

17.2 Where there are reasonable grounds for concern, JustLust may:

  • restrict or remove content;

  • suspend accounts;

  • require additional verification;

  • preserve relevant information where legally permitted; and

  • report suspected criminal activity to competent authorities where appropriate or required.

17.3 Users are encouraged to report suspected trafficking, exploitation, minors or other serious safety concerns immediately through the available reporting channels.

18. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE AND TERMS

18.1 JustLust may update or modify the Website, its functionalities and these Terms from time to time.

18.2 Where legally required, users will be informed of material changes through an appropriate method.

18.3 The updated version of these Terms becomes effective on the stated effective date.

18.4 If a user does not agree with material changes, the user should stop using the affected services and may terminate their account where applicable.

19. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

19.1 These Terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory provisions of the law applicable to a consumer provide otherwise.

19.2 Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rights applicable to consumers.

19.3 Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. FINAL PROVISION

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall, where legally permissible, be interpreted or replaced so as to achieve as closely as possible the original purpose of that provision.
